"Tube trips do not go on the 5 or 11 mile trip"

Departure times are from 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 & 12:00 EST.

Please arrive 30 minutes early to check-in and secure your valuables.

You must be 3 years or older & accompanied by an adult/legal guardian.

Please provide 1 driver's license at check in.

Late arrivals will have to wait for the next departure time.

First pick up is 1:00 pm

Absolutely NO Tube transports of your own, you will have to rent

from us this also includes the cooler tube

Sugar Creek Campground private accesses are only for customers who rent from us. Customers with their own boats/tubes will have to use public accesses

Water Excursions Policy

Reservations can be moved if given at least 48 hours notice

We do not offer refunds, but will give a gift card if given

No shows or missed launch times on scheduled dates will not be

given an option to reschedule.

We do not accept emails or text messages for any changes

ANY VEHICLE LEFT IN THE WATER EXCURSION PARKING LOT AFTER

EXCURSIONS HAVE CLOSED, WILL BE TOWED AT

OWNERS EXPENSE. THIS PARKING LOT IS NOT FOR VISITORS

All boats must be at pickup location by

4:00pm Sunday – Thursday EST

5:00pm Friday - Saturday EST

Late fees apply every 30 minutes at $10.00/Tube

Our staff works hard to depart on time, please be considerate and return on time

No Public Beach Access
