Security Gates
Gates open during office hours.
Key Card provided at check in ONLY for paid campers
NOT for visitiors.
If arriving after hours, please contact office.
Any damage to the gate is the guests responsibility, as security cameras are on 24/7.
Key Card not returned on departure date, will automatically be charged a replacement card fee of $40.00.
Photo Policy
Please be advised that photo's may be taken while you and your family are visiting our park and could be used on our website and/or facebook.
If you should see photo's you would like to be removed, please contact management at Sugar Creek Campground

Picnic Table & Firepit provided at each campsite
You will need to provide your own cooking grate
2 vehicles allowed per campsite, as long as they will fit

Sugar Creek Campground Cancellation Policy
Camping Policy
MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE-should you need to change or cancel a reservation. Please abide by the cancellation policy below, this also includes changing a date. Changing a date is the same without the
proper amount of notice. Even if water excursions are closed due to water levels-camping is still open, this includes cabin rentals as well. Reservations are made on line
We will not accept emails, messenger requests, and/or text messages,
as they get lost.
Must cancel no later than 12:00 (noon) Eastern Standard time,
on Holiday Weekends/Special Events (Motocross of Nations)
14 days Notice required
Must cancel no later than 12:00 (noon) Eastern Standard time,
on Non-holidays - 7 days notice required
Credit cards will be charged for every night reserved.
No refunds for taxes and fees for
online or phone reservations
We reserve the right to re-rent your campsite should you not give
enough cancellation notice.
Water Excursion Policy
Reservations can be moved if given at least 48 hours notice
We do not offer refunds, but will give a gift card if given
48 hours notice
No shows or missed launch times on scheduled dates will not be
given an option to reschedule.

Should the company have to cancel a reservation due to high water,
then a gift card will be sent via email with no expiration
We do not accept emails or text messages for any changes
It is highly recommended to sign waivers
as soon as you receive them.
ANY VEHICLE LEFT IN THE WATER EXCURSION PARKING LOT AFTER
EXCURSIONS HAVE CLOSED, WILL BE TOWED AT
OWNERS EXPENSE. THIS PARKING LOT IS NOT FOR VISITORS
NO children or pets on any adult lap for kayaks. No pets on tube trips.
Must arrive 30 Minutes prior to reservation time.

Campground Policy
Sugar Creek Campground/Employees are not responsible for damage to campers, vehicles and or security gate injuries,
lost or stolen items on the property or
injury caused/inflicted by a pet
GOLF CARTS
Must provide proof of insurance
MUST state the golf cart name on policy
Must be 18 years old to drive with a legal drivers license
and abide by the 7mph speed limit
We do not rent golf carts
NO INSURANCE, NO RIDE
